33868c44df chore: replace github.com/ghodss/yaml with sigs.k8s.io/yaml 
At the time of making this commit, the package `github.com/ghodss/yaml`
is no longer actively maintained.

`sigs.k8s.io/yaml` is a permanent fork of `ghodss/yaml` and is actively
maintained by Kubernetes SIG.

e6314d2c7e Init the klog directly 
Since 3948cb8d1b (diff-465167b08358906be13f9641d4798c6e8ad0790395e045af8ace4d08223fa922R78)
the klog verbosity level gets always overriden.
